RETURN POLICY

Order Confirmation & Agreement

By placing an order with Wilson Wardrobe, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return Policy.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you accept our return conditions and timelines, agree to follow the return process, and understand that this policy may be used as supporting evidence in the event of a dispute or chargeback.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the conditions below are met.

Eligibility Requirements

Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Only normal product inspection is allowed.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns are processed within 7 business days after we receive the item. Wilson Wardrobe reserves the right to refuse returns if items show signs of wear, damage, or misuse.

How to Request a Return

Please include your order number, reason for return, photos if the item is damaged or defective, and your full name and shipping address.

Wait for return instructions before sending your item. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method and keeping proof of shipment until your return is completed.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 2 days of delivery at info@wilsonwardrobe.com.

Include your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos or a video showing the problem.

After review, we may offer a replacement depending on availability and the situation. In some cases, returning the item may not be required.

Replacements are usually processed within 7 to 14 business days.

Lost or Unclaimed Orders

If your package is lost in transit, contact us with your order number and tracking details. We will assist in resolving the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if confirmed lost.

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect address, a fee may be deducted from your refund to cover shipping and handling costs.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and you will need to follow the return process after delivery.

Chargebacks

If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly.
